Refund Policy
Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Please email logistics@worldaxethrowingleague.com with the nature of your refund request.
WATL does not offer a warranty on handles or axes after they have been used for throwing. Please inspect the items upon receiving the shipment.
The following items are non-refundable:
- Any and All Axes
- Sale or Clearance Items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Returned items cannot be marked, damaged, and must be in their original condition. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Full refunds will be granted ONLY if the above conditions have been met, minus the cost of the initial shipping fee.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Promotions will change on a regular basis. We will not accept returns or grant refunds for the difference in price if you missed a particular promotion.
Please note, refunds are at the discretion of the World Axe Throwing League.
International Shipments
Shipments outside of the United Kingdom may have local import duties/taxes charged on purchases that are imported. WATL does not charge duties and WATL® is not responsible for any duties imposed by local authorities.
Returns due to address error
If your order is Returned due to address error (missing unit number, street number or incorrect Postal Code, etc.) you will be responsible for the return and the reshipping fee.
Order changes
Considering the vast amount of orders WATL® is processing on a daily basis, and the speed at which we process them, it is not possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed. Once an order has been placed, it is final.
It is extremely important to review your order to make sure it is correct before submitting it.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed immediately after purchase. If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been processed, please send an email to logistics@worldaxethrowingleague.com.
Note: you will be responsible for returning the products in their unopened, original condition.
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it and before the shipment has been processed there will be a 10% restocking fee.
Incorrect or missing items
If you received an incorrect item or order do not open any of the products and contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue. If you open a product, that product will no longer be accepted for a return, credit, or refund.
You MUST send us an email within 24 hours of the package arriving to the shipping address that was provided or the postal outlet in which the package was delivered to.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps for assistance:
- Double-check your bank account to ensure the refund hasn't been credited.
- Contact your credit card company; refunds might take some time to be officially posted.
- Get in touch with your bank, considering there might be a processing delay before the refund appears.
If after completing these steps you still haven't received your refund, kindly reach out to us for further assistance.
